Bug reports/ balancing complaints

idk if im doing stuff wrong or building it wrong or somethings ♥♥♥♥♥♥ but these things cant turn or roll for ♥♥♥♥ and never seem to be able to repair damage or fires

they should be able to roll, but they intentionally have little to no turning ability. however, they're not updated for the OSP update yet, so that's probably causing issues
