This weapon cannot receive critical hits.
Where it would have been a critical hit is a mini crit.
Backstabs and knife damage are less-than-lethal.
-Less than lethal backstabs sounds terrible. I know. But what bothers me is that the enforcer is supposed to be a gunspy bridge to traditional spy gameplay and not the "gun but its like a knife" aspect.
-Backstabs cannot kill overhealed targets but bring them to 1/16th of their max health (see later down how this will be shown to players), while knife damage cannot kill players outright, leaving them at 1 hp regardless of being below their HP threshold. Backstabs can only remove up to a total of 300 HP on any non-overhealed targets. My math may be wrong, but this could switch up spy target priority by a LOT.
-I was mainly thinking on Cloak And Dagger plays when the idea of disguised bullet damage came up, as the main tradeoff would be the inability to usually disguise as someone and clear them through as you had gone along, say as a medic. Chain stabs feel different when its not really earned through good gameplay.
-Interactions with the YER and reskins tend to break with this gun, come to think of it. But turning enemies invisible and temporarily stunned (while being "marked" for allies like a spy that has been bumped into) should be able to "fix" this issue.
-Overhealed enemy players will have a red cross above their heads, similar to the Medic's auto call feature but not able to be seen through walls or with a small tone played. The range of this feature is also extremely limited, being less than or slightly equal to that of a medi-beam link range (~300-250 HU)
