was something changed that would cause a 10x reduction in damage dealt by the chaos dragon

for better understanding by the breeding on our cluster you can breed up to 254 points into dinos. I have chaos dragons that last night were doing 8mil+ damage to origin dinos now tonight they are doing 800k+. Was this reduction intentional?
