Pennywise Jumpscare
Near the power if you look up at the destroyed roller coaster you should see the summoning key just floating there. Shooting it greets you with a nice PNG jumpscare of Pennywise. Recommend you have your audio low for it.

i saw the balloon but not the summoning key and shooting the balloon didnt do anything
