it is somewhat complicated, first you need frames of a 512x512 video and then select them in a texture editor, I recommend VTFedit, then you import the images and the program will give you the option to make an animated texture, with that texture later it would be the same than create a static nextbot,

I don't think so, because most of the videos are either very long or obsolete, in my case a friend explained to me how it worked, I would recommend looking for how to make the lua file, which is the most complicated and long
