Quick question, is HE getting added soon or not?

Also could there be more customization like (Advanced EMP Core, explosive filler jacket, Unjacketed) I'll explain how the ammo would work
Advanced EMP core does more damage and electrical explosions (prefferably a max of 5 tiles on biggest caliber)
Explosive filler jacket makes the bullet explode on impact with no jacket cover, kind of like the next bullet i'll explain
Unjacketed ~ bullet explodes on impact, not very effective against armor but the shrapnel goes through most clothes and does a TON OF DAMAGE.

Also it'd be nice to possibly get customizable ammo types like HP.
