Found an interesting error in combining this mod with the "ultimate cargo and passenger capacities mod" from gorter127:

it produces the following with this mod specificaly, the base APT mod and APT-E mods work fine with it so just need to narrow down where in this mod it is, then I'll post a solution to fix it when I can if possible.
