This should be a blue, or purple at max.
it's simplicity and art style doesn't warrant higher tiers, and being milspec or restricted will allow more people to have the skin.

It's better that it's blue (purple at most) because more people will buy it
therefore more people will use it in game. I think it's really nice addition to the game and useful skin for players who want to have fun playing CS: GO :steamthumbsup:
