Simply unzip it in your <Steam>/SteamApps/common/M&BWarband/Modules/ directory, then start your game and select PF_1.0 in your dropdown menu.

I unzipped it in the directory, but it wouldn't show up in the drop down menu.

Same issue as Bektar, unzipped and extracted but it is not in dropdown menu. This happens with every other mod i install as well.
Is it in modules folder or main game directory? If it is in modules folder, then you have some serious technical problems. If you are putting it in main directory, that's the wrong spot.

Thank you TheSquirrelofHuscarl. I'd given up on it, but now it's working.
Downloaded it, cut and pasted it into modules, forgot to decompress, so i decompressed it, moved the original to the trash can (Haven't deleted it), doesn't show up in the modules section when you start. Please help, as I really would luv to play this game, this is not a troll as well, cuz I've never done this before
<Steam>/SteamApps/common/M&BWarband/Modules/ directory, remember to only put the folder PF_1.0 into Modules folder, nothing else. Then run your game and select PF 1.0. If you do as I just told you, it should clearly run smothly :)
I'm getting the same problem here: I launch warband and select persistant frontier and it crases. it says can't find mudule info file
