event triggers

* Barter: one hero has to have a lot of augments 4+ from belt/sash/scarf/pauldrons/necklace/ring/talisman/bracelets

* Treasure chest: no criteria

* The Travelling Bazaar - no criteria, but the hook adding options will not be present unless the there's a hero that Isn't weird or a hero that Isn't a slacker

* Dreams, Weird and Wandering - s hero must have completed the weird hook while also not having the clearbody or parasite aspect.

The Best Teacher - scout a wilderness solo. must be eligible for death events. if you choose to fight and win - extra XP. if you die you get the shadeSkin theme.
