alternative download method for epicgames
is there any way to get the mod link without having it on steam?

yes, you can use an external website which downloads mods from the workshop

Yeah, what Zaion says, it also goes for the people that downloaded the game through GOG

after you download the mod, you put it at the "mods" folder which is where Isaac is installed.
