All my runs ends in one hit because of a "Custom Health API ERROR"
"Custom Health API ERROR: Evaluate Items Callback detection failed with value -192"
I don't have any mod called Custom Health API and apparently this is the only one that has it. Any help?

custom health api comes with fiend folio, to help with the new heart types, thats all i know.
do you have any other content mods enabled? if so, try to see if it is one of those that's messing up a callback

Yeah, I uninstalled those that weren't retextures but still crashed

try force a redownload on fiend folio? unsub, open game, close game, resub? otherwise report it i guess
