HeartAPI causing game over on the first hit?
When I get hit I simply die probably because the heart api is not loaded

because of the way the custom health api works, if you have any mod that adds hearts that doesn't use the custom health api to do so it breaks a lot of things, try disabling and re-enabling some of your mods that add new heart types and see which ones cause the custom health api warning to appear at the start of a run
