Play safe, you can use the hands to put yourself safe in an edge of a room and let the hands clean the rooms for you. In boss rooms you have to take your time, if you can't cheese the boss with the hands then you have to close range in time laps to make tick damage with the bone, then make distance and repeat. It's also a good idea to have companions to put some dmg and an active that generates blue or black hearts. This challenge is a patience test in playing safe.
