did you update the mod before continuing a run?
because unfortunately this is a base game issue with reloading and I'm not quite sure how we could tackle this.
the annoying/frustrating joys of modding, sorry you had this happen though!

It might be possible that I was continuing a run from earlier. In any event, if this is the worst thing to happen to me all week, it would be a good week.
