I don't see why all items can't be made stackable ,e.g. Pyromancy could give you +100%dmg on the fireballs for every copy you have and also could work like that on Fiend, as it doesn't work at all with him.And there are also a lot more ff items that don't stack.This way items like crooked penny and diplopia can be way more useful
