I've been thinking about getting into Fiend Folio after I finished getting all of the vanilla unlocks for Repentance, but one boss ((as seen in the title)) is... honestly kind of a turn away for me?

Like I can handle a bit of horror or gore ((hell, Isaac is pretty gore-y and yet I can handle it no problem)), but Cacophobia is on a different level to the point that just the one boss is enough to turn me away from the mod.

I know there's a mod to at least tone the boss down a bit, but if I could just outright disable the one boss altogether, so that I NEVER have to fight it, that would be most preferable!
