SCRIPT ERROR ON OPCODE 1570

SCRIPT ERROR ON OPCODE 1570: Invalid Item Kind ID; -1: LINE NO: 250: At script: troop_does_business_in_center.

I keep getting this error just walking around on the world map. It takes up the whole left side of my screen and is quite irritating. Is there any way to fix this?
