Defected lords not appearing in my capital

For some reason, defected lords are not appearing on my court so I can accept them.
My capital is Curaw and yes I tried to fire my chamberlain, constable and chancellor to free some space but it didn't do anything at all.

I used some cheats to remove fog of war and I could find the defected lord, from what it looks like he was wandering near his old kingdom and he also had my faction color.
