the module ain't downloaded after I subscribed
module not found, I checked modules but it doesn't have diplomacy mod

Download it using the latest pinned thread above, extract it into a folder, move that folder into the module folder of the game and you can choose it at the launcher screen. No need to compile anything don't worry.
