prejudice level diplomacy warband

Can someone please explain to me what these different options do, or at least reference where I can find what it does. I keep on losing around 50 rep each time I raid a village, is this option why?

It specifically has to do with female-related dialog options. Stick to raiding enemy villages and you'll get hit less by the penalty.
