Overall streamlining and "Easy Button" actions to talk to others in game, without having to do the work of travelling to them. For example, in native/vanilla game, you would have to always run/ride into the village and walk up to the Mayor to talk to him, yet this mod allows you to simply click a button to start discussion once you first interact with the village's UI. Same for the Guild Master inside towns - you'd have to find that guy walking through the town, otherwise. There are a lot more things this does, little things like paying bandits off to not attack you, that aren't in the native/vanilla game. Other players could add in here their favorite items, but those time-savers for less travelling make for more battles per hour of gameplay and less tedium, my opinion.
