So i took over 2 castels of the khergit kanate and i wanted to think more about giving my vassal one of the castles so i wanted to give it to him but the minister doesent have the option to do so. Im not sure if its a bug but in native you use the minister to give a vassal a fief. Please help. Maybe i need to capture a town or maybe its a other charachter but so far i havent found a solution. Thank you for reading.

Edit: I figured it out. I needed a companion to become minister to make it work. So heres a solutions to for the people that dont know.
