This is a patch for the "Prejudice" bug that causes female town/villager walkers to have men faces, just by clicking the drop-down selection.

What this patch does:

1) Applies checks when switching female walkers to and from being males
*No more men faces on dresses just by clicking the drop-down selection.

2) Completes the "Prejudice" feature more-so than before. By selecting:

"Default" = Female walker characters are still females (just like normal)
The ratio of troops set to be females in battle = 0 (just like normal)

"High" = Female walker characters are males (correct bodies, names and clothing)
The ratio of troops set to be females in battle = 0 (just like normal)

"Off" = Female walker characters are still females (just like normal)
The ratio of troops set to be females in battle = settings determined by Ughgh.
The settings are different for each faction.

"Randomize" = Female walker characters are still females (just like normal)
(It could be reasoned to randomize all the walkers but I opted not to, for now)
The ratio of troops set to be females in battle = random for each faction
