Stalker Armor Pack: Exoskeleton Revision Balance Issues

Maybe 100 capacity weight and 95 weight reduction is to much for you so that's why i made the backpack weight 5kg, do you think is balanced or i need to buff/nerf it?

I would like to make it a configurable option so that you can choose between easy and hard modes more freely
