Had to do a clean reinstall of the whole game, fixed it for me. Thanks for the great looking mod, can't wait to play it with my friends
I'm pretty sure that if you start a fresh world, you can remove Mora from the game without any problem.
The issue then wasn't related with the world or save itself, but maybe with some corrupted cache files.
Go to Sndbox.sbc file, hit ctrl+f and type -4272237.19
That's the x coordinate of the first outpost. If you find it remove the hole section or change it to space station.
The second station has x coordinate -4278900.84
I'll give you the id numbers of those stations later.
I think the settings I left shouldn't be too heavy for your pc, but if you want to change them:
1. start the world
2. save it
3. go to save settings
4. There's world gen settings for your save
5. Find asteroid density and change as you like.
Unfortunately rn you can't start a new world in the Kurakan System, because one of the required mods has been removed from the Workshop. I will fix it shortly.
