If it isn't clear, I just started a reception against the rats and this weird thing happens that prevents me from picking my combat pages on my speed dice. I'd like to make it clear: I clicked on my speed dice -> moved my mouse off of it -> and then right clicked to deselect it -> and took the screenshot.

The only way to do combat while this bug is happening is to rely on P spacebar strats which... no thank you. Even if you use such tactics, https://i.imgur.com/4VOs7oS.jpeg

The only way I figured to stop this from happening is to have at least SIX empty passive slots. I don't get why this happens, but it doesn't seem to be a clash with any specific mod I currently have. It's almost random when it decides to happen.
