So many players are teamkilling, first time I played I was teamkilled dozens of times, and they refused to stop. I couldn't do anything, I had to wait until everyone leaves. And I am still getting teamkilled even when playing alone. Whenever someone joins the server (I am beginner on low level servers) it's some high level bully who just teamkills me and leaves. It seems like for them it's nothing, I am sure they have enough money to not worry about teamkilling people, and they are not punished in any other way. Even if someone kills me multiple times they just get slayed/kicked, but can immediately join back and teamkill me again.

What can I do about it????

Also what does XP/gold loss on death depends on? Sometimes I just lose 1 xp, one time when I got teamkilled I lost 130 xp (it was like 30% of XP to my next level....). Is it just a certain % of xp/gold gained during 1 life? If so, it doesn't make sense at all!
