Found Bugs
If you find a bug, please mention it here instead of the comments. It'll be a lot easier to discuss it with you through here. Please, mention any other mods you're using that may affect skills, spells, lords, etc. It may just be incompatible or on their part.

Potential Issue from comments: Arcane Expertise crashing battles in multiplayer

@ECHELON, 2 more questions/suggestions: Did everyone try unsubscribing/resubscribing. Common issue are mods not automatically updating, and I've tweaked that skill in an update, may have caused an incompatibility.

Old Version: 25% Reductions
Updated: 12% Reductions.

Other than that, all I can think of are mods that may tweak spells, if you have something like that please let me know so I can test.

@Chidorah I have further test with 1 of my fd in a campaign, both new campaign and the original campaign that had issue now work just fine. Thank you so much.

BTW in the process I located 2 heroes missing the new skills, It was the hero Isabella and Hero Vlad XD

Unsurprising since you used it as a base, but since the skills weren't renamed there's random overwriting of teos's skill mod.

Assuming you use RPFM, this can be fixed by renaming the skills in the table (for example, specialization_caster to specialization_caster1) and moving the nodes. Selecting all relevant entries and right-clicking, then choosing "rewrite selection and entering {x}1 will update every selected instance to its former name with a 1 at the end. The node tables can be similarly changed, you just need to select the box "Is this a math operation?" before typing {x}+(whatever number you increment it by).

I've done this a few times for my own use, but I have to redo it or manually add new heroes each time something I want to use is added to this mod.

@BlueZergling, I could understand renaming them, but I don't have any interest in moving the nodes around. If I move it around, this mode will then be incompatible with other mods that use those other positions, there is no perfect solution. I'd rather keep to what people have expected so far than risk harming compatibility with mods that users may currently be running with it.

As I mention in the mod description, this mod is not meant to be strictly compatible with mods that add large amounts of skills. Teos's mod is no exception and as you the understand, the most incompatible mod of all.

Feel free to make a local version, or a public submod combining this with Teos's (That is fine with me), but I've dedicated enough time towards this mod, and am content with just fixing bugs that I make and porting characters as needed.

Don't know if this is the mods doing but Burplesmirk Spewpit requires more than 4 skill points to advance his blue skill three.

If a lord or hero earns enough XP to get to level 50, it instead shows Level 94. I am using the Balanced Skill Points mod (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1640590932)

@Ryisen I've seen that bug long before I created this mod, don't know why/how it happens; Don't think it does any harm either (doesn't affect anything other than the number displayed when max level) so not something I'll attempt to look at.

i have the same bug and its very confusing seing your max level 50 characters as level 94 all of a sudden. Could u fix it if it's relatively easy? just for the sake of perfection
Also had another bug with lord kroak spells costing 0 winds of magic after taking the mage expertise skills and having Yuan Bo trait, the total should only amount to a -35% cost reduction not -100%

@Al-Man Again for the skill points, it's not related to my mod, it's a bug with the base game (or mods that add skill points maybe). Not something I can or will fix.

The lord kroak is something I'm curious about; nobody's ever mentioned issues with wom costs before. I can look a little into it, but not sure if I'll find anything.

yeah its a bug with skill points and not this mod specifically, i tested it. As for the lord kroak issue maybe you can check if the same thing happens to you, just need Yuan Bo trait and 3 points in mage expertise then see if you get free spells too

While playing the Empire, there was an error in the Life Mage's skill, and one of his own skills was replaced with the Light Mage's (to eliminate interference, I only enabled this MOD).
