More race suggestions(Moldfolk, Waspfolk, Flowerfolk, Spacefolk)
I do not really know whether the devs see this or not but I am having fun just coming up with new races to play as and stuff. So I have some more that I want to share. These are more complicated in terms of designs.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mycemulators are classifications of sentient mold that possess extreme intelligence. These electric fungi are able to gather scattered metals they have accumulated over the years and join them together to create "bodies" that they are able to use as protection, movement, and as a communication medium for other sentient beings. The Mycemulators essentially act as an organic CPU for these makeshift constructs, even having some resemblance to human machinery.
- More endurance and critical strike chance, but lower movement speed and attack speed. You are able to see wires and other devices(Can be toggled.)
-electrocution has no effect on you.
-The first ability allows you to create a conduit that when placed, will charge up for 12 seconds. After which, it will expand into a large electic field around itself, lighting up, and activating traps and electronics caught inside. While the zone persists, ores inside will twinkle, and the mycemulator will gain bonus mining speed. Up to 2 conduits can exist at a time.
- The second ability can only be used when near a charged conduit, it allows your character to absorb it's energy and overcharge for 4 seconds. Increasing movement speed, attack speed, mining speed, and gives your attacks a chance to inflict the electocuted debuff. Conduits takes 12 seconds to fully charge again.
Posiris or "lesser blossoms" are a species of sentient flora that live among the underground jungle. Having what is essentially a hivemind, Posiris are able to transmit information in the air through pollens that other Posiris can read and understand, making them good at relaying information, or coordinating ambushes. Normally they are often planted on the ground, so seeing one walking with roots and stems as limbs is surprising, though not too far-fetched when you consider their bigger, more monstrous cousin.
-Increased pick up range and mining speed and block placement. Has lower jump speed but has higher health.
-When standing still, you become immune to knockback and gain a temporary calming potion effect that lasts until you move again.
-You gain the staff of regrowth passive, allowing you to collect herbs and seeds more effectively.
-The first ability will pull up your map, clicking on any suitable, explored areas of the map will plant a posiris bulb after some time depending on the distance.
-The second ability allows you and your posiris bulbs to switch between blossom, and thorned form much like plantera.
* In blossom form, Posiris bulbs acts as pylons that you can use. Other players can also use them, as long as they are near you, or a posiris bulb, and also gives a calming potion effect when it is nearby.
* While in the thorned form, standing still will encase you with thorns that damages enemies near you or who strikes you, but lose the calming effect. All existing and future posiris bulbs will become thorned aswell. Thorned posiris bulbs do not act like pylons, and will instead give the battle potion effect to nearby players, but they will be able to attack enemies by shooting petals or grabbing them with hooks if they are close enough.
Vespidians or more commonly known as "Voyagers" are a ruthless species of wasps that once solely inhibited the underground jungle. Consisting of a queen and her drones, they are highly adaptive, often dominating the food chain of any environment they have lived through. This unique adaptability has caused them the ire of many other races, as they can be quite invasive. Due to the vespidians' disappearance, bees have now been rampant in the jungle.
- Damage and critical strike chance increases based on movement speed. You have less endurance.
- You can swim well in honey, but you drown faster in water.
- You summon voyager drones every 6 seconds, up to a cap depending on max health. Voyager drones are loyal subjects to the queen either as potential suitors or worthy sacrifices. As you lose voyager drones, gain movement speed.
- Holding the first ability consumes your drones, releasing the button will fire a fan of drone stingers depending on the drones consumed. Up to 5 can be consumed by this ability. Enemies hit are inflicted with suitor's toxin.
- The second ability is a dash towards your cursor, piercing through enemies hit and inflicting them with bleed. If the enemy is inflicted with suitor's toxin, you will gain immunity frames upon hitting the enemy, and also apply royal demise: A much potent poison that lowers the target's defense, as well as decreasing the rate at which your drones spawn by 3 seconds.
Many often think that demons have a rivalry against those winged beings that dwell upon the sky islands. While it is true that their nemesis are above the clouds, one must look further above upon the sky. For every star that twinkles is a watchful eye guarding the land below. One can be considered lucky to meet, let alone befriend worldgazers. Adapted to the cold and suffocating vacuum of space, they seldom leave their homes the same way demons prefer to stay in the underworld. But there are a few select ones that have descended from their homes in order to experience life upon the soil.
-Gains movement speed and melee damage, and max mana.
-You can breathe underwater and have no fall damage but lava will deal more damage to you, and daylight will weaken your damage and defense. This can be mitigated with an obsidian skin potion.
-Whenever your health is not full you will rapidly drain your mana in order to gain health regeneration. You cannot use health potions.
- Mana sickness causes you to stop regenerating health.
-Magic stats buffs your melee stats. When you damage an enemy with a magic or melee weapon you have a chance to summon floating cosmic mana stars within a large area around you. These floating cosmic mana stars will give you mana normally
- Using the first ability will turn you into an intangible comet. Quickly flying over obstacles and enemies and being immune to damage. Using this ability rapidly drains mana when it is being used. You are unable to attack and use tools while using this ability. While in comet form, you are able to collect cosmic mana stars at a further range.
- Using the second ability can only be used during comet form. Using this ability will consume 50 mana, planting a constellation star at your location. Constellation stars group up with other constellation stars made consecutively in one comet form trip. Their bonuses vary depending on the stars on the constellation. These bonuses lasts for 5 seconds before disappearing.
*At 2 stars, you gain increased movement speed.
At 3 stars you gain increased mana regen
At 4 stars you gain increased defense
At 5 stars you gain increased attack speed
At 6 stars you gain increased critical strike chance
At 7 stars you gain increased damage
At 8 stars you gain all effects.
