Ghouls without a melee lvl

There was an error, but unfortunately i didn't save it, and all the ghouls now don't have any lvl in melee( and can't level it up as well) . Doesn't affect humans tho

Have you found a way to fix this ? Im literally having the same problem but i cant go backwards now for some stupid reason.

For some reason it has to do with the allow tool mod apparently. Dunno why, but everything else works perfect. Just so you know
