As of the 4.0 patch for Warhammer 3, the way skills are linked to characters has changed.
Because of this alot of modded skills have gone missing from mods like this one. I have the potential to fix this for myself by seeing how other skill mods are structured into Rpfm currently.
I just figured this worth mentioning here for the author.
