I have been making Scenarios for people to download and play instead of making one themselves. You can check my workshop to fing them :D

is these binary format or can one open in ARMA editor?

you can open in ARMA Editor or through the scenario picker

Dynamic Spawn please, because there's fixed spawn scenarios already.
