Having issues with the You Are Dead screen showing up and then leaving me with a black screen.

Can't do anything about it while playing as a hosted server or stand alone scenario, but in Eden editor, I can go into the camera mode and back out and it goes away.
If I go into spectator it stays as a black screen.
Can hear my character movement and open inventory, but stuck with a black screen after the "You Are Dead" message fades out.

Came back to Eden Editor after a while of not using it, and my long list of mods, and was playing around with a scenario.
Upon respawning, I noticed the "You Are Dead" screen and didn't remember ever putting that in.
I thought I remembered seeing that as an option in VA's addon configurations, but I can't seem to find anything to turn it off/on.
If I simply remove VA, there's no "You Are Dead" and blackscreen and the scenario respawn works normally.
Narrowed it down to being a part of the Vandeanson's Apocalypse. Turned off all other mods, just VA and CBA installed, looked through CBA's options, tried it out in a scenario without any other scripts or init files, tried it on a self-hosted Warlords, even tried it with VA installed but with the (VA disabled).

Not sure if I might be missing some option here to turn it off, but it's definitely a consistent issue I came across :c
