When I eat and drink it fills the icons in the bottom right, but when I open my inventory the stats for food, water, and health on the top have not changed, so I still end up dying even though I have ate and drank a lot. This is not the make sure you aren't dumping it issue, I already know about that, this is the game not actually updating my food and water.
