Electric Cherry: running out of Mana makes a damaging electrical aura around the player

Pack-a-punched melee weapons. It's not like there wasn't the option in a lot of cod games. Also because I feel like it'd be funny if some of the really useless weapons got pack-a-punched into super weapons. like the classy cane from the tax collector or the ruler.

Please allow for melee weapons to be upgraded. Also the vending machines don't work at all.
