This shouldn't be Halloween exclusive
Really I can see this being an all-year cosmetic personally because it doesn't ruin the silhouette nor is a part of a different set

i found funny the fact that the eye see you isnt halloween restricted, but the birddie bonnet is halloween restricted.

Honestly, I feel like there's more than a few Halloween restricted items that probably shouldn't be Halloween Restricted anymore.

Like, I still do not understand how the Plutonidome is Halloween restricted, yet Filamental is totally a-ok all year round, especially as the former has only gotten more and more mundane as time has gone on.
