  • Updated description to clarify which mods to use.
  • Went through the mods to check for compatibility. Removed “Go Away NOT My Holy Order” as it’s not compatible with UniUI.
  • Added "Beter CoA Designer"
  • Added "Community Name Packs" and "Community Title Project" which change the localisation to be like the native regions. They are currently being recrafted into a new mod and won't be updated but in the mean time they work great and CNP solves the problem of Cultures Expanded and Muslim Enhancements conflicting which causes the socotrans and mainland south arabian cultures to both be named "Mahri"

  • Added 'EPE + Barbershop Idle Pose Compatch By Antick' to fix idle animation
  • Added 'Missionaries' to the list as it is now compatible

  • Made a mod and replaced CNP and CTP with it to patch up some localization problems. It could do with some work but it does the job well... for now :Geralt:

  • Removed Historic Invasions from the list, if you still wanna use it (which you can) make sure to disable Hejaz and Bahrain as kingdoms in settings.

    This is technically a curated list so it's not every possible compatible mod. More so a list of mods I personally use which you can then add more to so you always have a base list to work from to make finding problematic mods easier.

    I really try to minimize incompatibility which is why I don't have some of the other https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2511250933 or https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2439159121 mods because some have small incompatibilities or features that I'm not sure are required after Paradox patching. I still recommend taking a look to see if you like some of those (StA doesn't currently work FYI)

As always, if you are playing on the last version made and it works for you you can just keep playing. Sinews of War is somewhat incompatible with Culture Expanded and Historic Invasions and I figure that those two combined add more than SoW considering the kind of game that CK3 is.

Idk why but I always seem to have something I'm in a rush to do when I write these updates, currently it's building a bed. As you all know alongside making mapgames, the only way Swedes can relax is by assembling furniture. Have a good weekend fellas.

Made a Sinews of War version.

Updates for 1.8.0 / 1.8.1
  • Changed the order of the list, aesthetically. Graphical mods go above first now so it's easier to see which mods might be causing incompatibilities, with gameplay altering &
    code-heavier mods below "Gamerule Gadget", which doesn't support at lot of mods yet other than "Inherichance" but I'm putting my faith in it! It would be a very convenient tool!

  • Removed "Unit Packs Expanded(UPE)". "Sinews of War(SoW)" and UPE have some conflict that makes the game crash shortly upon starting in 867.

  • Removed "Culture Expanded(CE)" (SoW and "Historic Invasions" incompatibility)

  • Added "Africa Plus(BAP)" back!

  • Removed the local compatch mod I made from the list, doesn't work! ;(

  • "Personality tooltips" might still be bugged (cynical_female text appearing and such) but it won't impact gameplay, if that's so.

  • Added "Farewell, Chaplain!". Pretty essential unless you wanna murder your court chaplains.

  • Added "Better AI Education". Should work, but eeh I haven't tested it.

  • Added "Loyal to a Fault" (part of MMM). Has worked for a while but since the loyalists are a faction some events in-game treat them as hostile, but that's it.

I think that's it, happy playing! :ppnotes: also play EK2 it's very fun and it's updating some time late in the week or next week now that paradox has got 1.8.1 out. I've made a DCM for EK2 too, which is very swag and cool, drip one might even say. :markarth:

Readded UPE as the latest update fixed the CrashToDesktop for me (ran two 8ish~ year games in Iberia to confirm) If you're still experiencing problems it could be hardware limitations in which case SoW and EPE are probably the most demanding mods(unsure) to disable. I've got RTX 2070 w Max-Q, i7-9750H 2.60GHz and 16GB RAM with max graphics and the game runs smoothly, albeit slower than vanilla. Happy playing :Geralt: TW3 4.0 came out today btw

Hello everyone, hope you've been well! I still won't be updating this frequently, but I've gotten into CK3 again and thought I'd at least put up something playable. It's pretty bare-bones and there's two reasons for that. For one a lot of mods don't work yet (both because of the usual need to update, and because a lot of mods became redundant with 1.9), and more importantly because I can't maintain something more extensive.

I hope you've all been enjoying T&T, happy playing! :espresso:

Also removed Holding Sprawl. It's a great mod and is still compatible. I just don't use it.

Also re-enabled some UI mods. Custom Titles does work, but the button on the character screen doesn't show. You'll need to set the custom form of address in the title window instead.

By the way!
Don't forget that CMH is back! I prefer a somewhat more vanilla+ game, but if you want a fuller CK3 experience you can pick up some of the mods from CMH and add them where CMH puts them.
