Can't find companions, help!
I can't find 6 remaining companions, even when I cheat and look through every single city. Notably they're the 6 companions that aren't in any circle in this list

I'm playing on the 3.1 beta with the companions cannot leave option turned on, is this why I can't find them? Is there a cheat to locate all of the missing companions?

Those 6 companions are each in one of the small neutral fortresses: Tsushima, Sado, Mii-Dera, etc. You have to conquer them to gain access to the companion inside.
