This I can agree with, although I do not have anything besides an average set up with an intergrated graphics card. But it has actually once shut down on me and I had to get back into the game. But the long hiccups happen all the time, usually when text scrolls across the screen, like the computer has to take a brief moment to process all the action of the different lords, factions and armies all at once.
