explain please

i was wathcing some reformist videos (check him its really good) and his gekokujo was different it was more detailed it had more stuff to do<like work in the villages and cities why this one doesnt have all that?

i think there is a mod either on the forums or on mod dB that enhances the game, i was looking for it myself and thought maybe i could find something here
