Try to verify the integrity of the files of Mount and Blade. This sometimes needs to be done when your games start playing up.

Steam, right click Mount and Blade, select Properties, select local files, click verify integrity of local files.

It says that all files were successfully validated.

Odd, you could try reinstalling Warband and I think the mods would be reinstalled (if you downloaded them from steam).
