Crash on Startup

I have a mac and i installed it and it worked perfectly. I try to play it today and it crashes on startup. Can someone please help?

I'm experiencing this as well - I just tried installing 3.1beta, but maybe it was already bugged? I will see if I can find a work around

This mod works for me without copying over the files for 3.1beta - it seems 3.1beta is no good on Mac - there are a couple of new folders that aren't in the base mod on Steam, but really I have no idea where to start to try and get anything working.
