Yep, Im having the same problem. Apparently the update didnt take kindly to my last gamesave, which was screwed all to hell. That and it became terribly laggy for me, when the last version was smooth.

I had this same problem, however I wanted to see if it would crash completly (i.e. windows error by itself without clicking) so I waited and browsed the internet in the mean time. Eventually my new game finished loading and the game came back, not sure how long it took though. So basically just wait it out and it'll get going.

Yes, just wait enough time. It has to generate a lot of things on first start of new game. Thqat takes about 1-2 minutes. And the game won´t progress when you tab out, so you have to wait while watching the screen, or you change Warband into windowed mode...then the game will continue to do it´s "loading".

i had the same problem, i waited a while and it started to work but it just got stuck again and all it said was "FINISHED" but nothing else was happening

it really is just slow trust me you just need to wait

Is it possible that this mod requires nepolianic wars DLC to work? because my game starts, loads then as the new game is launching, after about 5 minutes of loading the music stutters, i cant move my mouse or clt+alt+del out or anything. So its not a waiting game becuause i have also let it sit for a few hours before too
