Lord Tateoka and Lady Ami...

I have a relationship 24 with him and 27 with her, I am a strong and rich lord of the Mogami clan, after all, what do I have to do to be able to marry her?
He says he is looking for a man for her and when I offer myself to marry her, I lose points in my relationship with him.
