Where are all the swords man

i cant find any, i only have spear men and archers max lvl

Aishigaru (the villagers you train) are known for their spear and bow use. Go to major cities and recruit there. You'll find samurai there, which are more elite in general. They use katanas.

In tiny villages you'll mostly get Aishigaru units and their preference are spears.
