Increased Outlaw Relations

I can't attack any outlaws except for deserters in Gekokujo. This happened since I helped some outlaws against an enemy party and the Native module doesn't let you do that. Is there anyway to decrease my relations with outlaws?

I've had the same too. I've helped caravans against looters, and taken down bandit camps, but it doesn't seem to fix it. Perhaps it will over time?
