'Move your capital' is a good idea, I hate playing as example: Spain and forming the EU with my capital still in Madrid.I would like to be able to move it.

(although there might be the balance issue that you can move your capital around so as not to capitulate, you can try to fix that if you want by putting a cool-down or money cost or a better way if you can think of one)

the mod adds various diplomatic options. In the moment the mod seems unsupported.
Maybe you can "re add" the option to ask a country for land. To balance this function this should only be a option for overlords of puppets.
