@Zyphon The Dragon Seems like I have found the cause. It's related to bone manipulation.

@filz0 I WOULD add you but I legit can't get the error to appear again. It has only happened once and I have no idea what caused because of it. So I just don't see a point in adding you with no information.

The metrocop suit stretches after level transitions even without changing the model

Strange as it seems to be working fine. Keep in mind that once it happens, you have to go back to the main menu as once level transition corrupts it will continue doing that.

when wearing a combine suit it makes the legs from gmod 13 legs look a little stretched at the torso when you look down. though it never does a lua error. and with half-life 2 mmod replacement the arms don't show on any guns. though still no lua errors for that.

im having a thirdperson bug, im using the addons custom third person, by the way, but i have simple installed, here's the issue: The third person model is just v_hands and v_weapon, nothing else.
hey do you have shmovement by any chance?
