The AI response to commands is broken. For example, if you give the order to charge, they will charge anything, making it extremely hard to keep them attacking 1 formation, and not all formations.
I suggest you turn the AI module off ingame, until it's fixed. This will turn off posture I believe to.

I also suggest changing Archers firerate to vanilla, they are otherwise mostly useless, especially with the weather affecting their aim. I had 100 archers firing from 80 meters in snow, and they missed 99%.

What's nice tho is the rework for the armors and weapons, so I keep that.
The damaging system will not work when you turn off AI module, but it's either that or wonky AI.
The damage system tho I think is very rough, needs some work.
